1. Definitions

• Guest(s): The individual(s) participating in a liveaboard cruise or scuba diving holiday booked via the Website.

• Organizer: The operator of the liveaboard vessel or related travel services with whom you contract directly.

• Liveaboard Trip: A dive holiday or cruise that includes the services stated by the Organizer as part of the package.

• Reservation: A confirmed booking for a Liveaboard Trip arranged between you and the Organizer through our Website.

• Website: www.seafevertravel.com, including all pages and content.

2. Our Role

2.1. Sea Fever Travel acts solely as an intermediary between you and Organizers. When you make a Reservation, the contract for the Liveaboard Trip is between you and the Organizer, not us.

2.2. We do not charge Guests extra fees for using our Website. We receive a commission from Organizers when you complete a Reservation through us.

2.3. We aim to keep all availability, pricing, and trip details accurate, but this information is supplied by Organizers. If discrepancies arise, you may cancel your Reservation without penalty, but we are not responsible for changes in pricing or availability.

3. Reservations

3.1. Reservations made through our Website are subject to the Organizer’s availability.

3.2. Some bookings may require additional details such as passport copies, dive certifications, travel insurance, medical forms, or flight details. Until these are provided, your Reservation may not be finalised.

3.3. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us on behalf of the Organizer. Please wait for confirmation before arranging travel such as flights or hotels.

3.4. Any special requests (dietary requirements, equipment rental, cabin preferences, etc.) must be communicated during the booking process. We will pass these requests to the Organizer, but fulfilment is their responsibility and may incur extra charges.

4. Guest Responsibilities

4.1. Guests must meet all requirements of the Organizer, which may include:

• Minimum diving certification/experience,

• Valid insurance coverage,

• Completion of medical questionnaires or liability waivers.

4.2. Guests must arrive at the designated embarkation point on time. If you miss the vessel’s departure, all costs incurred (catching up with the boat, hotels, alternative diving) are your responsibility.

4.3. Guests must comply with all onboard rules and instructions from the Organizer or vessel captain. Failure to do so may result in denial of participation without refund.

5. Payments

5.1. A deposit (or full payment in case of late booking) is due upon confirmation. The balance must be paid by the deadline specified by the Organizer.

5.2. Payments can be made online via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. You are responsible for any bank charges or failed transaction fees.

5.3. After receiving payment, we will issue a booking confirmation or voucher, which serves as proof of Reservation.

5.4. Prices are shown in GBP, EUR, or USD. Conversion rates may vary, and your bank or card provider may apply additional fees. Refunds will always be made in the original payment currency.

6. Cancellations & Amendments

6.1. Each Organizer has its own cancellation and amendment policy, which will apply to your Reservation. By booking, you accept the Organizer’s terms.

6.2. Requests for changes or cancellations should be made in writing to us, and we will liaise with the Organizer on your behalf.

6.3. Refunds may incur administrative charges to cover bank or processing fees.

6.4. Organizers reserve the right to substitute vessels with another of similar standard and itinerary. Sea Fever Travel is not liable for disputes relating to vessel substitution.

7. Liability

7.1. Sea Fever Travel is not a party to your travel contract and cannot be held responsible for the performance of the Organizer.

7.2. Information on the Website is provided in good faith but may be subject to change. We are not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate data supplied by Organizers.

7.3. We are not liable for losses due to missed connections, flight delays, accidents, injuries, property damage, or incidents during the Liveaboard Trip.

7.4. To the extent we are found liable for any reason, our liability is limited to the commission actually received by us for the relevant booking.

8. Assistance & Complaints

8.1. Complaints about the Liveaboard Trip should be raised directly with the Organizer at the earliest opportunity.

8.2. If an issue cannot be resolved with the Organizer, you may contact us, and we will assist where possible.

8.3. Complaints relating to our Website, booking process, or payment handling should be submitted through our contact form.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. All content on the Website is owned or licensed by Sea Fever Travel and may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

9.2. You may not use automated systems (spiders, scrapers) to extract content from the Website without permission.

10. Privacy

10.1. We process personal data in accordance with UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

11.1. These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

11.2. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, although you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
